Oil and gas fuel the engines of employment and industry in New Orleans, but one legacy of Katrina may change that -- a surprising surge in entrepreneurs. The latest numbers show that 450 out of every 100,000 New Orleans adults have started a business since the storm. That's 40 percent higher than the national rate. Glenn Beck and his supporters are staging a "Restoring Honor" rally at the Lincoln Memorial Saturday. That happens to be the anniversary of Martin Luther King Jr.'s "I Have a Dream" speech. Civil rights leaders are not happy. The event is billed as non-political, but it is headlined by former GOP vice presidential nominee Sarah Palin.
